Well this is my character Kohaku's version of the Mangekyo Sharingan. I updated the design to make it more original since the last one...wasn't that original really. Anyway I plan on doing a little Naruto story about her life so you'll find out how she got hers. It won't have any of the main characters included though (maybe mentioned)...it will just take place in the Naruto world.

As an extra bonus I'm going to explain the unique technique (aka jutsu) that goes with this.

Izanami
A technique that allows the user (Kohaku) to alter space around her and create a small area around her that acts like a separate dimension. Anyone caught inside cannot leave until the jutsu is released. Inside the area she gains the power to literally control reality and do whatever she wishes. With this, she can create, alter, and control anything within that area. This includes her own body allowing her to take the shape and form of anything she wishes (more so than the Transformation Technique). Anything created inside the area can also be brought outside, but it acts just like it normally would outside her dimension and cannot be altered anymore even if it returns into her dimension. Anything she does to herself remains unchangeable as well, but she can restore herself to normal once she uses the technique again. Any injuries caused inside cannot be healed with this power however, and must healed normally or be healed with medical jutsu. The dimension's appearance always starts out on a grassy plain with a clear sky, but it can change depending on what the user desires. From the outside it takes the form of a large, white dome.
There are many drawbacks to using this technique though. For starters, Kohaku is limited to what she control or create. An example would be that she can't do anything to objects or people from outside the dimension (aside from herself) though they will still interact with everything else that goes on inside. She also cannot create actual life inside the dimension, though she can create actual copies of whoever she wishes. They won't be able to leave the area however, and will disappear once the jutsu is released. The jutsu is also limited to how far it can stretch (which is a maximum length of twenty feet). Since the technique is visible from the outside and travels slowly when activated people can avoid the technique safely. Finally, since the technique requires a tremendous amount of chakra, Kohaku can only hold the technique for a total of five minutes before she must release it. Any longer would result in her collapsing and being hospitalized for weeks.

Edit: I've been told by a lot of people that the center part looks like a Pokeball. This really got annoying so I decided to edit the design. Whether or not this will work I can't tell. I also cleaned up the image a little.
