Character Appearance
Amber is a sixteen-year old girl who is also known as a "Gener," a type of human with energy-based powers. She has long, red hair that has several, long strands hanging in front of her face as well as her sides plus one on top of her head and red eyes. She usually wears an outfit that consists of a small, red shirt with black and white diamond patterns in the center, thin, light-blue jeans, black, sports shoes with white laces, and red-orange, fingerless gloves. She is 5.6 feet tall and weighs 110 pounds.
Personality
Amber can be described as an energetic, stubborn, and competitive kind of person who is also a tomboy. While initially withdrawn from people, she'll easily open up to people once she gets to know them. She's also a bit rash to people who discriminate her for her unusual hair and eye color, powers, or both and will usually beat up anyone who teases her, her friends, or her family. Deep down, however, she truly cares for those close to her and will do everything within her power to protect them. She doesn't like showing this side of her, though, and does her best to hide it, though she's not always successful at doing so.
Amber's hobbies typically involve either physical activities, competition, or both. Because of this, she loves sports and activity participates in them, particularly soccer. She's also a hardcore gamer and plays whenever she has the chance. Suffice to say, she's not one to care about her studies and school work, though she is fairly knowledgeable and makes fairly good grades. She's also exceptional fond of food and a very heavy eater, though this could also be because she requires a large amount of nutritional intake to compensate for her powers.
Because of her nature as a "Grey" (a Gener who possesses both Light and Dark energy) Amber has a separate personality that goes by the name "Ruby." This personality is much different from Amber and has been stated to be her "dark half." She constantly makes Amber's life difficult with her many attempts to take control and become the "dominant" one.

Powers and Abilities
Basic Abilities
As a Gener, Amber's physical abilities are considered superhuman, especially when it comes to her speed and agility. This lets her run at speeds and jump to heights no normal human can accomplish. She also has great stamina and endurance and can survive blows and drops that would normally kill a person. She also has incredible strength, but it isn't something worth bragging about.
Expert Unarmed Fighter
Amber has been trained to fight via hand-to-hand combat. When it comes to her fighting style, she uses the "hit and run" tactic. That being said, she evades her opponent's attacks while waiting for an opening, and once an opening presents itself she strikes hard and fast. She prefers this form of fighting over using weaponry.
Essence of Energy
Amber's true power as a Gener lies in her ability to manipulate and control the energies within herself and around her. With it, she is able to utilize energy in battle, recons, and even day-to-day tasks. It is said that Amber's power is considered an advanced form of energy manipulation, as she is able to perform feats not normally seen by those with that particular power. She also possesses a huge amount of power despite her physique, but can't fully utilize it all.
Amber has come up with a large variety of ways to utilize her own power for battle. Most of the time they involve long-range energy blasts in various shapes and sizes, but she can also create shields and barriers for defense and strengthen the blows of her punches or kicks for increased damage. She can also create bio-electricity to stun others or, if done right, completely paralyze her enemies. When not in battle, she can use her energy to create tools and materials to help with her daily life's needs.
While Amber mostly relies on her own power to fight, there are times where she'll utilize her abilities to use outside energy sources to aid her. Not only can she use her normal skills while using method, but she is also provided with a variety of other options such as redirecting attacks, transforming energy from one form to another, absorbing energy to refuel her own power, etc. What makes this ability so dangerous, however, is how it has no limit when it comes to what kind of energy she can control, meaning that she can use any form of energy and manipulate it to her will. However, her ability is limited by how well she can control that energy with her level of control depend on what state she's in. While there are some kinds of energy she has little difficulty with, there are some forms of energy that are very hard for her to use and control to the point where she could seriously hurt or even kill herself. Nonetheless, her ability to manipulate and control outside energy sources is considered both her strongest and most dangerous power.
Stage of Release
Despite the amount of power Amber possesses, only a portion of it is available to her at all times. When the need arises however, she is able to utilize more of her power in the form of transformations, or "stages of release." Her normal form is known as called "Stage 1".
Stage 2 Release
Amber's first released state. In this state, she has total access to her power reserves. While in this state, her eyes turn yellow and her hair changes from red to bright orange in color, grows slightly longer, and forms a large bang that hangs down in front of her face. This stage grants Amber increased strength and control with her powers, enhanced physical abilities, and the ability to endure harsh environments. The color of her energy turns orange to match the color scheme of her hair.
Amber unlocked this form when she became fully accustomed to her powers. This form has helped her combat stronger foes and is her most used transformation in battle. While the form itself doesn't require a lot of power to maintain it does present a higher danger of Amber losing enough power to allow Ruby to take over. Aside from that, Stage 2 doesn't have many drawbacks, though heavy usage can lead to high levels of fatigue and she will be forced out of this form if her energy levels become too low to maintain the form.
Stage 3 Release
The second and final released state that Amber can utilize as well as her strongest. While in this state, her pupils turn gold in color and her hair becomes silver while retaining the slightly increased length and large bang hanging in front of her face from Stage 2. The color of her energy also changes to white. Unlike Stage 2, which grants Amber usage of all of her reserved power, Stage 3 is a form that grants Amber more power than she already has. She also retains all of the abilities she is granted in Stage 2, but with upgrades.
Amber unlocked this form after she defeated Ruby. However, Amber isn't able to freely use this transformation unlike Stage 2. This is due to the fact that the transformation itself requires Amber to possess more power than she already has. In order for her to transform, she must get more energy from other sources. The usual method is borrowing some of Ruby's power, though she can utilize her ability to manipulate and control outside energy sources as a way to get extra power. Once enough power is obtained, Amber can transform into Stage 3. However, the form tends to quickly eat up her energy reserves quickly depending on the situation and thus can't be maintained for a long period of time. She'll also suffer some level of fatigue after the form wears off making her somewhat vulnerable if it happens during a fight. This also gives Ruby free reign to take over as Amber will be too weak to intervene. Overall, the form is dangerous to use and is typically used as a last resort or against an enemy she knows she can't combat with Stage 2.
Faults and Weaknesses
Amber doesn't have any glaring weaknesses aside from her becoming vulnerable once she runs out of power. However, she does possess various "faults" that opponents can take advantage. One of her many faults is her lack of superhuman strength. While she is capable of increasing the strength of her blows with her powers, she is unable to physical compete with others who are much stronger than her. As such, she relies on her speed. However, if her opponent is fast enough to keep up with Amber they can easily overwhelm her with their strength. This, in particular, makes close-range combat dangerous for her. Her Stage of Release transformations can somewhat counter this fault, but overall anyone who is physical stronger and faster than Amber can easily gain the upper hand.
Another fault is her overall combat experience. While she has gained tremendous skill in using her powers and abilities she is still learning much about combat and thus can make wrong decisions at the wrong time. As such, she can be bested in if her opponent is capable of outsmarting her. However, Amber isn't by all means stupid and can easily outsmart her opponents just as much as they can.
Her final fault is Ruby and having to keep constant control over her. While this isn't an issue much after she defeated her there are still times where Ruby will attempt to take control of Amber during a fight. This not only distracts Amber, but overall makes her vulnerable and unable to defend herself. As such, she'll be left to her opponent's mercy should they start attacking her. However, this fault is a double-edged sword to her opponents as well, because Amber is knocked out Ruby can instantly take control and, because of her higher tolerance to pain, counterattack immediately.
Relationships
Beanie
Amber's first and youngest sibling. She is very protective of her and will go to great lengths to ensure her safety (though she wouldn't resort to typical parenting stuff). They have their typical, sibling-rivalry moments though.
Bianca
Amber's second sibling. Unlike Beanie, Amber and Bianca have a rocky relationship. They tend to get into a lot of arguments and fights and usually don't agree on the same thing. Despite this, they still care for each other and are willing to give their lives for one another.
Ruby
Amber's dark counterpart. She attempted to take control of Amber's body, but was defeated by the latter in an inner battle. The two don't share any form of pleasant relationship and are literally considered opposites. They do, however, agree on certain things and the two will support each other in rough situations regardless of whether or not help is wanted. Ruby has a habit of calling Amber her "queen," though this is simply another one of her ways to annoy her and not an actual "title."
